Amazing experience with 3D Electronics today. My SONY WH-1000XM5 had a broken arm and could not be repaired in warranty. Because of excellent reviews on Google, I stopped by 3D Electronics in Plano and to my surprise it was fixed in 2 days at less than 30% of price of what Sony's preferred service company would have charged me. Thanks again Francisco. Keep up the good work.

Idk how I haven't given a review of this place yet. I went a year ago; The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I had what I thought was an obscure issue with a decades old Sony camcorder and he made an initial repair that didn't last more than a few days and took it back and permanently fixed it free of charge when it had the issue again. Honorable service like that is hard to come by these days. Worth every penny, IMO.

Awesome button replacement. Dog chewed my BMW key fob He was able to replace the old button and solder a new button to the key fob good as new!

My projector needed repairs and I had no idea what the repairs would cost and this concerned me. So I did my research and this company had the best reviews. I dropped off my projector and they repaired it for $25 as the fix was simple. They were so courteous, so honest and did not take advantage of me! This is a family run business and they are very honest and have won my loyalty for all future electronics repairs. Good, honest family run businesses still exist thank goodness!

Francisco is reasonable, honest, reliable and extremely helpful. He took care of my 1990 Pioneer receiver and assisted me with the inputs to make sure that I had it connected correctly when I picked it up. I'm very into right to repair. I don't like throwing things away that are perfectly fine and just need a little soldering. I don't think things should just be thrown away when they break, especially when they can be fixed. I called four electronic shops trying to get someone to do my simple repair. No one was interested or even gave me the time of day. A friend of mine suggested 3D electronics. I called them, they immediately said they could do it. I dropped it past. The owner was delightful to talk to and confident that he could do the work. He finished it quickly and went above and beyond in the repair. My equipment will likely never break again, due to his forethought. I simply cannot recommend this place enough. If you love your stuff and want to keep it going for a long time, call 3D electronics.

The power button in my Garmin Overlander fell off the circuit board. Francisco soldered it back on in minutes. If you need any electronics work done, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
